 Ringing in their new sound, Sugar & The Hi Lows are bringing back the era of feel good music, the days when one take was enough and an auto-tune was a thing you did to your ’55 Chevy. Sugar + The Nashville Ballet

We are so excited to announce that Sugar + The Hi-Lows will be teaming up with the Nashville Ballet for "Attitude". The performance will be taking place Februray 14-16 at TPAC's Polk Theater. Here's what the Tennessean had to say about it:

"Attitude,” featuring Sugar & the Hi-Lows and ALIAS Chamber Ensemble (TPAC’s Polk Theater, Feb. 14-16): The contemporary program pairs live music with fresh choreography. This year’s choreographers include company dancer Christopher Stuart; Houston Press’ “Best Up and Coming Choreographer” Brian Enos; and Vasterling. Vasterling’s piece “Time/Return/Memory” was last performed by Nashville Ballet in 2008.

Nashville Indie Spotlight

Both Sugar and Mr. Hi-Low himself have songs featured on the Nashville Indie Spotlight.

The album features 'Love's A Light' by Amy Stroup and 'Mountain Song' by Trent Dabbs. Along with these two new songs, the Nashville Indie Spotlight compilation includes 20 other amazing independent Nashville artists. You can get the album on iTunes for only $7.99.

'See It For Yourself' & more on Nashville

If you happened to have tuned into abc's new hit drama, Nashville, you may have heard our song, 'See It For Yourself' a couple of weeks ago and Trent's song, 'Undermine.' Be sure to watch tonight and listen closely for our other song, 'This Can't Be The Last Time.'

Snow Angel

We are so excited to announce that we will be releasing a holiday album this winter. Our holiday album, 'Snow Angel', will be released on November 6th. The album will include five brand new originals - "Shake That Gift," "Home For The Holiday," "Snow Angel," "Sugar Cookie and "Naughty or Nice."

TOT Indie Artist Boot Camp

If you're in Nashville, be sure to catch both Amy and Trent this weekend at Ten Out of Tenn's Indie Artist Boot Camp. The weekend kicks off on Friday night at 3rd & Lindsley. Trent and Amy will be playing with Matthew Perryman Jones, Tyler James, Jeremy Lister and Gabe Dixon. Get your tickets for the show here.
